From humble beginnings in New Jersey, Bruce Aitken aspired to become a professional baseball player, however due to an injury, his course of life took on a different path.
Bruce embarked on a life of adventure and rose to prominence as one of the world's most successful money launderers in the 1980s. He employed ingenious strategies to transfer huge sums of money across the world.
Ultimately, kidnapped illegally by American agents, Bruce faced the prospect of spending the rest of his life behind bars.
Bruce's resilience in the face of what seemed like unimaginable horrors is a true testament to the quality of his character and the courage that his strong faith has given him. Since 2004, Bruce produces and hosts a popular Sunday night radio show in Hong Kong. The "Hour of Love" on AM 1044 Metro Plus, which featured a segment called "Prison Visitation On the Air", served as one of the inspirations for the establishment of the influential prison reform NGO "Voice for Prisoners" in 2018.
